I purchased a locket for a young guest currently staying with us who has had to leave her Dad and dog behind. Ordered the locket with complimentary photo service. The locket is very small but the recipient was very pleased with it. Unfortunately very quickly one of the pictures fell out (I suspect it had not been well fitted because it was constantly spinning around and ended up upside down). I contacted customer services and was advised there was a £5 photo replacement fee which feels a bit unfair in the circumstances but obviously our guest is very upset about the missing photo so we have purchased new pictures. I just hope these ones last longer. Service is always very quick to come back to you which I do like.

Separately I ordered myself a beautiful necklace but unfortunately the (non removable) chain was very short so it had to be returned. I am larger but so are a lot of people so it seems daft to make such an expensive necklace which won't suit a lot of people but I guess middle aged overweight ladies are not their target market!

I would give a thousand stars if I could. Their customer service is completely next level. I've ordered two separate times and each time the lockets arrived exactly when needed if not a bit early. And the product is gorgeous. They were both gifts and both are cherished and worn every day. I will Always be looking at Astley Clarke first. They are exceptional!

I had a terrible time with a beautiful necklace from them (that was a gift). The clasp was impossibly small and tight to open and close. They said there was nothing they could do when I asked for a replacement clasp - or them to loosen it. They just refused to do anything. I love the necklace but it is so extremely hard to put on and off. Extremely disappointed with this very poor service.

I’ve been lucky enough to get most of my xmas and birthday gifts from here. The choice is outstanding…beautifully made and the price point is always reasonable. The service is outstanding…I have never had a bad experience. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service, helped to replace a lost photo from a personalised necklace 2 years after purchase free of charge and extremely quickly!!! So grateful!!

I’ve not yet worn my locket as it’s for my upcoming birthday, but I checked it to see the quality of the photo just so I wouldn’t be disappointed on my birthday, and it’s amazing! I recently lost my Dad, and now I have a beautiful locket with a small but amazing quality photo of my Dad and daughter which I can wear close to my heart. Thank you! I ordered my Astley Clarke jewels and went for the eco friendly wrapping . Amazing jewellery , amazing delivery and super packaging . I’m a huge fan !!

Fantastic customer service.
A sapphire fell out of my ring and Astley Clarke could not have been more helpful. A new ring was sent out to me the same day and a free postage label to send my broken one back.

I have now bought four beautiful lockets from Astley Clarke for myself, daughters and goddaughters 18th. They get nicer with age and the customer service is second to none - a picture came out of one and they instantly sent me another copy. Claudia was especially great. Thank you so much for making buying and mending a pretty thing so easy and fun. The lockets are really robust as well as pretty. Go for the most close up photo you have.

I could not recommend this company enough not only is their jewellery beautiful but their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced.

We popped into Covent Garden branch of Astley Clarke yesterday. Staff were absolutely amazing, welcoming, polite, especially the lovely lady was so patient & helpful as she engraved & put photo on my daughters locket necklace which we purchased before Covid lockdown plus gave extra photos to take away. All staff were very welcoming. Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend & buy again.

I ordered an Astley Clarke bracelet from Liberty's (only because they were offering a 15% discount for new customers). I wish I hadn't! Liberty's promised the item would be delivered by Friday ready for my daughters graduation (they were aware of the urgency). Today, Wednesday, I received an automated email saying my order had been cancelled...reason "Unable to fulfil". No other explanation! When I called them they said is was not in stock. Absolutely appalling customer service.I then contacted ASTLEY CLARKE customer service and spoke with a delightful lady called Claudia. She empathised with my situation, placed my order, honoured the 15% discount that Liberty's were offering and is sending the bracelet out express delivery. Now THAT'S how you run a business. Amazing and professional. THANK YOU so much Claudia. I will most definitely be going direct to Astley Clarke in future.
